Tuesday June 29 – Grimsby – 10km

Sunday Sept 5 – Montreal – 10km

Saturday Sept 18 – OPG – 10km (maybe, leaning towards no)

Sunday Sept 19 – Ottawa – Army Half-Marathon

Sunday Oct 17 – Toronto – Goodlife Fitness Half-Marathon

Sunday Oct 24 – Niagara Falls – NF Half-Marathon

Sunday Nov 7 – Hamilton – Marathon

I have opted out of the Scotiabank run this year, but if anyone is participating, I’ll definitely be there to cheer them on.

    You need to have a goal. If you’re going to invest all this sweat, time, and toil…..what’s your goal?!?!?!

    Mine is to imagine myself being the first in my family to officially qualify for the Boston Marathon, and to picture myself running down those streets wearing a proud Canadian shirt representing my family. Let’s do it together!!!
